Karaan Aggarwaal

With over 7 years of experience in Canadian immigration law and practice, Karaan founded Asteco Immigration Consulting in 2019 with a vision to provide honest, expert, and personalized immigration guidance to clients across Canada and around the world. Karaan has extensive experience across all major immigration streams — including Express Entry, work permits, LMIAs, study permits, family sponsorships, and Provincial Nominee Programs. He is a licensed member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and is committed to upholding the highest standards of professional practice.

Operations Manager
Anubhav oversees the day-to-day operations of Asteco, ensuring every client file moves forward efficiently and on time. He coordinates between the consulting team and clients to maintain the highest standards of service delivery across both offices.

Senior Manager
Nitesh brings extensive experience in client management and immigration file oversight. He works closely with the RCIC team to ensure complex cases are handled with precision and care from intake through to final decision.

Vikram supports the Asteco team with administrative operations and client communications. He ensures clients have a smooth and organized experience from their first point of contact through to file completion.

Based in our Charlottetown office, Noha plays a key role in client support and office coordination for Prince Edward Island. She ensures all documentation and client communications are handled professionally, accurately, and with genuine care for every person we serve.
